You can print your application forms.  Three pages will be printed.  Page 1 is your application form, page 2 is the MMP application form and page 3 is the terms and conditions.  These forms can be faxed to the Distribution Centre in Canada at (705) 232-2643

What does MMP mean and how does it work?

MMP stands for Monthly Maintenance Plan. A one time $20.00 membership fee allows you to receive product delivered by mail on a monthly basis. This method of purchasing product offers you a savings of 25% to 35% off the retail product price. You can choose delivery on the 1st or the 15th of each month. Payment for product is taken a week prior to shipping. This means for shipping the 1st of the month payment is taken around the 25th of the previous month and for the 15 shipment around the 5th. The product is shipped on the requested date and may take up to 4 business days for delivery. The payment will be shown as Network Marketing Resources or NMR on your statement. MMP’s may be cancelled without penalty at any time. As a member you have the option to “hold” your shipments for up to 3 months as long as This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it is notified 10 days prior to ship date. Changing your order instead of going on “hold” may be a viable option.

What’s the difference between a Customer and a Distributor?

A customer receives a monthly shipment on a MMP. A Distributor must be on the Monthly Maintenance Program (MMP) and provide the company with their Social Insurance number. They are then eligible for special product pricing. They can sell the product to others and sign them up for MMP. They will receive monthly commissions and start to qualify for rewards. A yearly T-4 will be sent.
